

Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6)
Pharmacological properties:In the body, vitamin B6 is phosphorylated to form pyridoxal-5-phosphate and in this form is included in the enzymes that carry out decarboxylation, transamination, and racemization of amino acids, as well as enzymatic conversion of hydroxylated and sulfur-containing amino acids. Participates in the reaction of serotonin biosynthesis.
Indications:Vitamin B6 hypo- and avitaminosis (treatment and prevention) - incomplete nutrition, chronic infections, diarrhea, enteritis, stressful conditions, hemodialysis. As part of complex therapy: hypochromia and microcytic anemia, parkinsonism, sciatica, Little's disease, Meniere's syndrome, neuritis, neuralgia, alcoholism, liver damage caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs, acute and chronic hepatitis, to enhance diuretic effects, as well as for the treatment of dermatitis, psoriasis, and exudative diatheses.
